Our guide will pick you up from your hotel accommodation at 8.00 am in the morning after having your morning breakfast and you will jump onto a bike and set off for the amazing city tour. Your local guide will be riding along with you, as he guides you around, telling you the history and culture of the country and the area you will be visiting. You will drive while enjoying the beautiful view of the town, chatting and sharing much about the history of Kigali, how it raised into famous being named the cleanest town in Africa. You will head Kigali genocide museum, overlooking on your way, old Kigali and new Kigali.
The Kigali genocide museum is the final place where the victims of the Rwandan genocide of 1994 were laid to rest in a mass ground, as to pay respect to their bodies for a decent burial. Thereafter, we shall drive to Nyamirambo women center at 10:00am for a short walk, to visit a Nyamirambo cassava project, Nyamirambo Market, visit the local hair dressing saloon and try a free braid, visit small shops with Nyamirambo venders selling food produce, meet the Nyamirambo local venders and share a chat, visit milk bar and later wrap up our day at around 1200noon, with local cuisine lunch in one of the local restaurant to enjoy a lovely local Rwandan cuisine. You will later visit Belgium museum, where 10 Belgium peacekeepers were buried before being dropped at your hotel or place of convenience by your guide and you call it a day well spent.
