8 days adventure safari Uganda will expose you to experience the most magical countryside of Uganda, starting with a cool breath of the Mabira Forest as you head of deep yourself in the mighty great Nile for a full day white water rafting. You will also hike the great slope of Elgon to along the trail of the Sipi River as you pass amidst the community plantations o as to concur all the 3 levels.

You will later proceed to Murchison Falls National Park where you will spot an endless number of birdlife and wildlife as you head for a boat cruise and game drive. You will later rap up your trip with a chimpanzee tracking experience as in the afternoon you head for a swamp walk in Bigodi swamp so as to add on your bird species and primate counts. Detailed itinerary for 8 days adventure safari Uganda

Day 1: Arrival

You will be met by our driver guide at the Entebbe airport upon arrival from your long flight and transferred to your hotel to take a rest, later after diner; you will be briefed about the safari programme. Dinner and overnight at Emin Pasha Hotel (Luxury hotel) or Le Patit lodge (Midrange lodge) or Fareway hotel (Economy lodge): Meal Plan: Dinner

Day 2: Depart to Jinja. Travel time +2 hrs

After early breakfast, you will be picked by driver guide from your hotel at 7:30 am and head to Jinja. From Kampala it’s about 1 ½ hours to the spectacular Bujagali Falls. After being briefed about rafting. Rafting starts for 5 – 31 kms – 5/6 hours rafting, and you will have the chance to watch the local fishermen and the fantastic birdlife. Alternatively choose to go for wild or mild. Here you choose to raft in the paddle-powered boats for one of the wildest raft rides on the planet or opt to be rowed downstream by our professional guides in the safety raft.

After a buffet lunch you will hit a series of more wild rapids, thereafter an evening BBQ before return to your booked hotel for dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort (Luxury lodge), 2 Friends Guest House (Mid-range lodge) or
Surjio’s Guest House (Economy lodge). Meal Plan: FB

Day 3: Drive to Kapchorwa: Travel time +4 hrs

Today after taking your early morning breakfast, you will drive to Kapchorwa where you will straight away head for a 3-level hike to explore the Sipi falls, which has an outstanding fall that overlook the great valleys on the slope of the Mt. Elgon. You will have great opportunity to explore some coffee and banana plantations as you proceed with your hike and later return to your booked accommodation for late lunch and refreshment at the lodge. Day 4: Transfer to Murchison: Travel time +5 hrs

Upon having your morning breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Soroti – Lira route with an enroute lunch at a convenient point and later check in at your booked accommodation for dinner and overnight. You will rest for the evening. Accommodation: Parkside Safari Lodge. Meal Plan: FB


Today you will wake up with a warm cup of coffee/ tea and thereafter proceed for a morning game drive towards the Albertine end in search for the early morning risers such as the lions, leopards, hyenas, giraffes, buffalos, jackals, to mention but a few. Thereafter drive back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the late afternoon, you will head for a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls viewing water birds such as pied kingfisher, darters, Egyptian goose, great white egret, and animals such as Nile crocodiles, hippos, elephants, bushbucks, warthogs, monitor lizards and then hike to the top of the falls to view the dramatic Murchison falls with the rainbow appearance and later drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. After an early morning breakfast, you will checkout and drive heading to Kibale national park passing via Kagadi to Kibale reaching in the late afternoon with an enroute lunch.
Kibale is famous for it being primate capital having 13 species of primates and most known for chimp tracking having the highest viewing chance of 98%. Dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge (Luxury lodge) or Primate lodge (Midrange lodge) or Rweteera Safari Park (Economy lodge)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast and later you will be transferred to Kanyanchu visitor’s center for briefing at 7:30 am. The tracking takes roughly 2-4 hours depending how close the chimp groups are, and you will be given 1 hour to stay and watch the chimps feed, groom and their social life. Later you will return to the lodge for lunch at noon. In the afternoon, after lunch, you drive to Bigodi bird sanctuary for a swamp walk to experience boardwalks, bird viewing and also spot some monkeys such as red-tailed monkey, vervet monkey and colobus monkey and return to the lodge in late evening for dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge (Luxury lodge) or Primate lodge (Midrange lodge) or Rweteera Safari Park (Economy lodge) Meal plan: FB.


After the early morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and drive back to Kampala with a stop over to view the tea plantation, and botanical garden along the way. We shall have an enroute lunch at Mountain of the Moon hotel and later transfer to Kampala and drop you off at Entebbe for your flight. End of Service! Meal plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
